privacy issues

unhelpful staff

i was not impressed with this so-called hotel. i had little privacy in my room, being on the ground floor, as everyone walked by. also, the staff were entirely unhelpful regarding my parking ticket, and honestly, some kind of welcome gift would’ve been nice. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Stunning views all around the hotel.

I found myself frustrated with the limited parking situation. the roadside parking was insufficient. The room I stayed in was uncomfortably small, and the ensuite bathroom felt cramped and outdated. It made my stay less enjoyable, as I expected a more spacious and modern accommodation.

Perfect for Families!

The room was spacious and had a cozy feel. We enjoyed a piano in there, which brought back memories. The beds were really comfy, my teenage daughter and I had a great night's sleep, it was like sleeping on clouds!

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable for what we got.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint spot, especially the easy access to local shops and restaurants. Satellite programming kept the kids entertained while we appreciated the cozy atmosphere. The clean en suite bathroom was super convenient after our adventures in Akureyri.

The self-service check-in made arrival smooth, and the spacious double room offered plenty of natural light along with a cozy atmosphere. A lovely view from the window enhanced the experience, while the well-kept bathroom felt luxurious. However, hauling luggage up the stairs was a challenge, especially with the slippery road conditions nearby, making access a bit tricky even with nearby parking.
